The HOT FIREPol® Probe Universal qPCR Kit is a high-performance, probe-based qPCR master mix optimized for DNA/LNA hydrolysis probes (e.g., TaqMan® assays). Designed to deliver high specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility, it supports both singleplex and duplex reactions across a wide range of real-time PCR instruments.
With a unique buffer formulation, the mix efficiently amplifies AT-rich, regular, and GC-rich templates (up to 75% GC content). The inclusion of dUTP allows UNG treatment for contamination prevention, while the hot-start chemistry provides clean, reliable amplification.
