Preparation Instructions
- Suspend 7.5 g of the medium in 100 mL of distilled water.
- Boil gently until the medium is completely dissolved.
- Mix well to evenly distribute any slight precipitate.
- Dispense 5 mL of the medium into each assay tube and add 5 mL of distilled water.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C (15 psi) for 10 minutes.
- Cool immediately and proceed with the folic acid assay.
