AMPLIRUN® Papillomavirus DNA Control, 100 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Papillomavirus DNA Controls provide purified, quantified DNA from Human papillomavirus (HPV) types 16 and 18 for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These DNA controls are designed for PCR, qPCR, and other molecular testing platforms, ensuring assay reproducibility, sensitivity, and precision in HPV-related research, diagnostic validation, and molecular epidemiology.
