The Thermo Scientific™ NAb™ Protein A Plus Spin Kit provides a robust and user-friendly solution for the small-scale purification of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies from serum, ascites, or hybridoma supernatants. Designed for convenience and performance, each kit includes two pre-filled spin columns containing high-capacity Pierce™ Protein A Plus Agarose resin, as well as binding and elution buffers required for fast and efficient antibody isolation.
This spin column-based format allows for straightforward centrifuge-based processing, eliminating the need for chromatography systems while ensuring high purity and yield. Each 1 mL column supports purification of ≥34 mg of human IgG per run, depending on sample concentration and source.
