Applied Biosystems™ Dynabeads™ EPEC/VTEC O26 are antibody-coated magnetic beads designed for the rapid and selective concentration of Escherichia coli O26 from complex sample matrices such as food, water, fecal, and environmental samples. These beads enable high-sensitivity ImmunoMagnetic Separation (IMS) of the O26 serogroup and are suitable for both manual use with Dynabeads™ MPC™ and automated workflows using the KingFisher™ mL Food Protection Purification System.
With a short protocol time and excellent specificity, Dynabeads O26 support enrichment before downstream detection methods including culture, PCR, or immunoassays.
