Usage Recommendations:

1. Sample Preparation:
   • Stimulate human peripheral blood cells under Th17-polarizing conditions with IL-23 or similar reagents.
2. Staining Protocol:
   • Use the Intracellular Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product # 88-8824-00) for intracellular staining.
   • Add 5 µL (0.125 µg) of antibody per 100 µL of cell suspension.
3. Flow Cytometry:

4. Fixation:
