Each column contains a stable and hydrophilic polyacrylamide resin that minimizes non-specific binding and ensures high sample recovery. Unlike other common size-exclusion resins (e.g., crosslinked dextran), the polyacrylamide resin is not degradable by enzymes, does not support microbial growth, and does not leach small molecular contaminants.
