The SolisFAST® Master Mix with UNG is a 5× concentrated, ready-to-use solution designed for ultra-fast singleplex and multiplex endpoint PCR assays. This mix delivers accurate and robust amplification results in as little as 20 minutes, making it ideal for high-throughput and time-sensitive applications.
To ensure contamination-free performance, the mix is preformulated with dUTPs and Uracil-N-Glycosylase (UNG), preventing carryover contamination from previous PCR runs. Powered by the in silico–engineered SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase and optimized buffer chemistry, this mix offers superior specificity, rapid hot-start activation, and stability even at room temperature.
