SolisFAST® Master Mix, Ready to Load

The SolisFAST® Master Mix, Ready to Load is a 5× concentrated, ready-to-use PCR solution designed for extremely fast singleplex and multiplex endpoint PCR assays. With built-in loading dyes, amplified products can be directly applied to an agarose gel for electrophoresis without additional sample preparation, streamlining workflows and saving valuable lab time.

Powered by the in silico–designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase and an optimized buffer system, the mix enables robust amplification of up to 5 kb fragments from simple DNA templates and up to 3 kb from complex genomic DNA, with PCR results available in as little as 20 minutes.
