Invitrogen™ PVDF/Filter Paper Sandwiches provide an all-in-one solution for efficient protein and nucleic acid transfer in Western blotting, dot blotting, and sequencing applications. Each unit includes a high-performance polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane layered with absorbent filter paper, pre-cut and pre-assembled for mini gel systems.

  • LC2002 (0.2 μm pore size) is optimized for transferring low molecular weight proteins and peptides, providing high binding efficiency even with minimal sample.
  • LC2005 (0.45 μm Invitrolon™ version) offers broad protein compatibility and mechanical strength, making it suitable for repeated stripping and probing.

Both formats ensure consistent, high-sensitivity results across a wide range of blotting techniques.
