The Invitrogen™ iBind™ Flex Solution Kit provides pre-formulated reagents designed for use with the iBind™ Flex Western Device. These solutions serve as the blocking, washing, and dilution buffers in the iBind™ Flex immunodetection workflow, delivering ideal viscosity and performance for consistent, reproducible results.
When loaded into the iBind™ Flex Device, the solutions are released via sequential lateral flow (SLF) onto the iBind™ Flex Card, ensuring even reagent distribution across the membrane through the card’s glass fiber matrix. This uniform delivery enhances antigen–antibody interaction, improving western blot sensitivity and reducing variability.
Each kit contains enough solution to process 10 midi blots or 20 mini blots. For fluorescent detection workflows, use the iBind™ Flex Fluorescent Detection (FD) Solution Kit.
