Gibco™ Hybridoma-SFM, With Glutamine, Phenol Red

Gibco™ Hybridoma-SFM (Serum-Free Medium) is a complete, ready-to-use, low-protein, serum-free culture medium formulated to support the growth and productivity of hybridomas and recombinant myeloma cell lines for monoclonal antibody (mAb) production. With less than 20 µg/mL total protein, Hybridoma-SFM minimizes background protein content, greatly simplifying downstream antibody purification and enhancing reproducibility in manufacturing-scale workflows.

This medium supports both suspension and stationary cultures, including high-performance hybridomas and cholesterol-dependent lines such as NS0 (with the addition of 250X Cholesterol Lipid Concentrate). It contains L-glutamine and phenol red, offering immediate usability without the need for further supplementation.

Manufactured under cGMP-compliant conditions at a FDA-registered, ISO 13485-certified facility, Gibco™ Hybridoma-SFM is suitable for regulated research and commercial production environments. A Type II Drug Master File (DMF) is available for FDA-regulated customers upon request.
