    Preparation Instructions

    1. Suspend: Suspend 44.5g of Endo Agar Base in 1 liter of distilled water.
    2. Mix and Heat: Heat with frequent agitation until fully dissolved. Do not autoclave.
    3. Cool and Add Basic Fuchsin: Cool to 45–50°C and aseptically add Basic Fuchsin (BR0050) as per the manufacturer's instructions.
    4. Dispense: Pour into sterile Petri dishes and allow to solidify.
