Thermo Scientific™ TBE Buffer (Tris-borate-EDTA) (10X)

Thermo Scientific™ TBE Buffer (10X) is a ready-to-use concentrated solution of Tris-borate-EDTA, the standard buffer for DNA and RNA electrophoresis in polyacrylamide or agarose gels. TBE is widely preferred for non-denaturing and denaturing PAGE (including urea gels) and is compatible with DNA sequencing gels and the resolution of small nucleic acid fragments (<1500 bp).

This buffer offers consistent pH, low conductivity, and excellent buffering capacity, making it ideal for high-resolution analysis of nucleic acids in both routine and high-throughput applications. Each batch is filtered through a 0.22 µm membrane for purity and reliability.
