Apollo Sci. Murashige and skoog Medium with vitamins and sucrose

Murashige and Skoog (M&S) Medium with Vitamins and Sucrose is a widely used plant tissue culture growth medium formulated for in vitro culture of a wide range of plant species. This modified version includes 30 g/L D-sucrose and a full set of macronutrients, micronutrients, and vitamins, as originally described by Murashige and Skoog in 1962.

This medium supports callus induction, organogenesis, somatic embryogenesis, and plant transformation studies. It is suitable for a variety of plant species and applications in academic research, plant biotechnology, and commercial micropropagation.
