AMPLIRUN® Leishmania DNA Control

​The amplirun® leishmania dna controls provide purified, quantified DNA from Leishmania chagasi and Leishmania infantum for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These controls are compatible with PCR, qPCR, and other molecular platforms, enabling accurate and reproducible results for assay validation, QC, and research into parasitic diseases such as visceral leishmaniasis.
