The Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Arbovirus Triplex Kit is a lyophilized, multiplex, one-step real-time PCR assay designed for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of Zika virus (ZIKV), Dengue virus (DENV1–4), and Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) RNA from human urine or serum samples.

Optimized for use with the Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 5 Real-Time PCR System, this kit is also compatible with the 7500 and other QuantStudio platforms. It includes a human PPIA (cyclophilin A) primer-probe set to serve as an endogenous extraction, reverse transcription, and amplification control, ensuring assay integrity and result reliability.

The lyophilized format eliminates the need for cold chain management, allowing room temperature shipping and storage, making it ideal for both laboratory and field-based testing environments.
