    Thermo Scientific™ Orion™ TISAB III Concentrate is a high-performance ionic strength adjustment buffer (TISAB) designed to ensure accurate, stable, and interference-free measurement of fluoride ions using fluoride ion-selective electrodes (ISEs). This 10 ppm concentrate is formulated to stabilize both the ionic strength and pH of samples and standards while preventing interference from polyvalent cations such as aluminum (Al³⁺) and iron (Fe³⁺), which may form complexes with free fluoride ions.

    Unlike earlier formulations (TISAB I and II), TISAB III does not contain formaldehyde, making it a safer and preferred option for laboratories requiring compliance with health and safety regulations.
