The Invitrogen™ IL-17A Monoclonal Antibody (eBio64DEC17), conjugated to eFluor™ 506, is a highly specific and neutralizing antibody designed to detect human IL-17A. IL-17A is a cytokine secreted by Th17 cells, playing a crucial role in inflammatory responses and immune regulation. This antibody is validated for use in flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, providing bright fluorescence for reliable detection of IL-17A in human immune cells.
Key Features:
- Target and Specificity:
- Recognizes human IL-17A, a pro-inflammatory cytokine that regulates immune responses.
- Highly specific, enabling detection of intracellular IL-17A in Th17 cells and activated T-cells.
- Clone and Conjugate:
- Clone: eBio64DEC17, ensuring high specificity and reproducibility.
- Conjugate: eFluor™ 506, a fluorochrome alternative to Pacific Orange® with bright fluorescence.
- Validated Applications:
- Optimized for intracellular staining in flow cytometry, and validated for ICC/IF, IHC, and ELISA.
- Bright Fluorescence:
- eFluor™ 506 emits at 506 nm with excitation at 419 nm, delivering a strong signal with minimal background noise.
- Ready-to-Use:
- Pre-titrated formulation requiring 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test, simplifying workflows.
