Vircell AMPLIRUN® Acanthamoeba DNA Control (MBC054-R) provides purified, quantified Acanthamoeba castellanii DNA for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Supplied in a lyophilized format, this non-infectious control contains the complete microbial genome at a concentration of 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-quantified).
