Preparation Instructions

1. Suspend 38.7 g of powder in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water
2. Heat until completely dissolved
3. Dispense into appropriate containers
4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes
5. Cool to 45–50°C
6. Aseptically add 100 mL heat-inactivated horse serum
7. Mix thoroughly
