2. Comprehensive Components:
   • The product contains dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), hot-start DNA polymerase, ROX reference dye, inert blue qPCR dye, MgCl2, and stabilizers, offering a complete reaction cocktail without the need for additional components (except primers, probe(s), and DNA template).
3. Hot-Start Technology:
   • The enzyme is combined with high avidity monoclonal antibodies that provide a stringent automatic hot-start, allowing for reaction assembly and temporary storage at room temperature prior to amplification. This eliminates the risk of non-specific amplification during preparation.
4. Color-Coded Reaction System:
   • The reaction mixture is light blue due to an inert tracer dye that helps minimize pipetting or mixing errors. This tracer dye does not interfere with qPCR performance or the stability of the product, simplifying reaction assembly.
5. Flexible and Compatible:
   • Low ROX™ formulation: Designed for use with systems requiring low ROX levels for fluorescence normalization and well-to-well optical corrections. It is compatible with several real-time PCR instruments like ABI 7500 Fast, ABI QuantStudio, Agilent AriaMx, and others.
   • Notably, this ReadyMix does not contain an internal reference dye, making it suitable for instruments that do not require this additional component for signal normalization.
6. Ultra-Pure DNA Polymerase:
   • The thermostable DNA polymerase used in this ReadyMix is ultra-pure and free of detectable E. coli DNA, providing high sensitivity for detecting low-copy samples, such as in bacterial pathogen detection.
