The Applied Biosystems™ Fast SYBR™ Green Master Mix is a high-quality, 2X concentrated real-time PCR reagent optimized for fast, sensitive, and specific amplification of nucleic acid targets using SYBR™ Green I dye detection. Designed to enable accurate quantification of genomic DNA or cDNA targets in as little as 35 minutes, this master mix supports reliable gene expression analysis without compromising efficiency or reproducibility.
