The Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Micro BCA™ Protein Assay Kit is a high-sensitivity, colorimetric assay specifically optimized for measuring dilute protein concentrations between 0.5 and 20 μg/mL. This three-component BCA formulation offers excellent linearity, low protein-to-protein variability, and is compatible with a wide range of sample types—even those containing detergents or buffer components that commonly interfere with other assays.
Supplied with a BSA standard (2 mg/mL) and reagents A, B, and C, the Micro BCA Kit provides a reliable and reproducible solution for accurate protein quantitation in both microplate and cuvette (tube) formats.
