The Invitrogen™ Dynabeads™ Untouched™ Human CD8 T Cells Kit is a highly efficient negative isolation system for isolating pure and viable untouched CD8+ T cells from human PBMCs (peripheral blood mononuclear cells). The kit depletes non-CD8 cells, including CD4+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes, and erythrocytes, leaving untouched CD8+ T cells for functional assays or downstream applications.

Kit Components:
- 10 mL Depletion Dynabeads™: Targets and removes non-CD8 cells.
- 2 mL Antibody Mix: Contains monoclonal antibodies against CD4, CD14, CD16a, CD16b, CD19, CD36, CD56, CD123, and CD235a (Glycophorin A).
Isolation Procedure:
- Label Non-CD8 Cells:
- Add the antibody mix to PBMCs and incubate to bind non-CD8 cells.
- Bind Dynabeads™:
- Add Dynabeads™ to the sample and incubate for a short period to bind antibody-labeled cells.
- Magnetic Separation:
- Place the sample on a magnetic separator. Bead-bound cells are retained, and untouched CD8+ T cells remain in the supernatant.
- Collect CD8+ T Cells:
- Transfer the CD8+ T cell-enriched supernatant for immediate use in downstream applications.
