The Invitrogen™ eBioscience™ Fixation/Permeabilization Concentrate is a component of a validated reagent system optimized for intracellular staining of transcription factors, nuclear proteins, cytokines, and chemokines, including Foxp3 and Ki-67. This 30 mL concentrate must be used in combination with the Fixation/Permeabilization Diluent (Cat. No. 00-5223) and Permeabilization Buffer (10X) (Cat. No. 00-8333), or as part of the complete Foxp3 Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Cat. No. 00-5523).
