SeraCare KPL TrueBlue™ Peroxidase Substrate is a highly sensitive chromogenic substrate designed for the visualisation of horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labelled reporter reagents. It produces a brilliant blue specific stain, offering excellent visual contrast, particularly when used with red counterstains.
TrueBlue™ is supplied as a single-component, ready-to-use liquid substrate, eliminating the need for mixing before application. It is optimised for use with cellular preparations and is also suitable for immunoblotting procedures. However, it is not suitable for microwell ELISA or applications requiring a soluble reaction product.
