AMPLIRUN® JC Virus DNA Control, 100 µl

The amplirun® JC virus DNA control provides purified, quantified DNA from JC polyomavirus (JCV) for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

This DNA control is fully compatible with PCR, qPCR, and other molecular testing platforms, enabling laboratories to validate assays, perform quality control, and conduct research into polyomavirus-related diseases such as progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML).
