Working Principle
The LDH system operates using an oil-free air compressor combined with a multi-stage purification and refrigeration process:
- Compressed air passes through adsorption and filtration stages to remove moisture and impurities.
- Purified nitrogen gas is cooled via a multi-component mixed refrigerant cycle, optimized for precise temperature matching across boiling points.
- Nitrogen is liquefied at approximately –196 °C and collected as liquid nitrogen.
- The system delivers sterile, high-purity LN₂ suitable for laboratory and industrial applications.
