Principle of the Assay

This assay is based on a sandwich ELISA technique:

  1. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with anti-human IFN-γ antibody.
  2. Samples and standards are added, allowing IFN-γ to bind the immobilized antibody.
  3. A HRP-conjugated detection antibody binds to the captured IFN-γ.
  4. Following washing, TMB substrate is added for color development.
  5. The reaction is terminated, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm, proportional to IFN-γ concentration.
