Utilizing EvaGreen® dye and the SYBR®/FAM channel, this formulation provides high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility for DNA or cDNA quantification across a broad range of real-time PCR instruments.

Incorporating chemically modified HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase, this master mix minimizes nonspecific amplification and primer-dimer formation, while its blue visualization dye simplifies reaction setup without interfering with fluorescence detection.
