Gibco™ Human PDGF-AA Recombinant Protein (PeproTech®) is a highly purified recombinant growth factor used in cell biology and biomedical research to study cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, and tissue repair mechanisms. This recombinant cytokine demonstrates strong biological activity by stimulating proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 fibroblast cells, with an expected ED50 of 1.0–3.0 ng/mL.
