AMPLIRUN® Candida DNA Control, 100 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Candida DNA Controls provide purified, quantified DNA from Candida auris and Candida albicans for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete fungal genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These controls are suitable for PCR, qPCR, and other molecular testing platforms, supporting assay validation, sensitivity and specificity testing, and absolute quantification in clinical mycology and fungal pathogen research.
