To support migration from older systems, the ProFlex includes thermal simulation modes that replicate ramp rates from instruments such as the Applied Biosystems 9700, Veriti, Bio-Rad C1000, MJ Research PTC-200, and Eppendorf Mastercycler. This ensures continuity and reproducibility when transferring legacy protocols.
The system is operated via a large 8.4-inch color touchscreen, offering an intuitive interface that reduces training time and simplifies experiment setup.
