The humimeter FSG is a moisture meter for quickly determining the water content of all common types of nuts such as shelled, unshelled and roasted peanuts, shelled and unshelled macadamia nuts, almonds, shelled, unshelled and ground walnuts, shelled and unshelled cashew nuts, shelled Brazil nuts, unshelled pecans, shelled and unshelled hazelnuts as well as chestnuts and spiral pasta. A representative measurement result for the moisture and temperature of the food is quickly obtained from the large sample chamber. Further characteristic curves are available on request or can be calibrated at any time for individual special products.
Conscientious and accurate control of the water content of nuts is an essential part of quality assurance. With the humimeter FSG this process is carried out quickly and precisely. In practice, the high-quality measuring device is used along the value chain. From the harvest on a sustainable Fairtrade nut plantation in India or a peanut plantation in the USA to the processing and storage for onward transport as well as the incoming inspection before shelling and roasting to the packaging of the end product, all quality control is carried out with the humimeter FSG - a hazelnut moisture meter, a peanut hygrometer, a walnut moisture meter, a cashew and pecanus moisture tester and much more.
