Sartorius Safetyspace® Filtered Pipette Tips, Racked are premium pre-sterilized filter tips designed to protect samples, pipettes, and users from aerosol and liquid cross-contamination. They are manufactured to support high-accuracy and high-precision pipetting, especially in sensitive laboratory workflows such as qPCR/PCR, cell culture, microbiology, molecular biology, and applications involving infectious or radioactive materials.
The integrated Safetyspace® filter barrier helps prevent sample carryover and reduces the risk of contamination reaching the pipette shaft. A unique space between the sample and the filter allows users to pipette the full nominal volume of the tip without the sample being absorbed into the filter, supporting reliable performance across different pipetting modes.
Each production lot is certified free of RNase, DNase, and endotoxins, and the tips are E-beam pre-sterilized in accordance with ISO 11137 with a validated sterility assurance level of SAL 10⁻⁶.
