The Invitrogen™ Human RANTES (CCL5) ProcartaPlex™ Simplex Kit is a bead-based immunoassay designed for the quantitative detection of human RANTES (CCL5) protein using Luminex™ xMAP technology. This kit enables highly sensitive and specific protein measurement and can be combined with other ProcartaPlex™ Simplex kits to create custom multiplex panels.

Built on sandwich ELISA principles, the assay uses two highly specific antibodies targeting different epitopes of CCL5, allowing accurate quantitation in serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants.
