The Thermo Scientific™ QuantaBlu™ Fluorogenic Peroxidase Substrate Kit is a high-sensitivity fluorescent substrate system designed for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) activity in ELISA-based assays. The kit contains a proprietary fluorescent substrate solution, peroxide solution, and stop solution, allowing users to perform stopped endpoint assays, non-stopped assays, or kinetic assays with excellent flexibility.
Compared with traditional colorimetric substrates such as TMB, OPD, and ABTS, QuantaBlu™ provides improved sensitivity, a broader dynamic range, and high signal-to-noise performance. Upon reaction with HRP, the substrate produces a stable blue fluorescent product that does not photobleach, making it suitable for sensitive fluorescence-based immunoassay detection.
