The Invitrogen™ Anza™ DNA Blunt End Kit is designed to efficiently convert DNA fragments with overhangs (cohesive ends) into blunt-ended DNA suitable for ligation into blunt-end vectors. This rapid, 15-minute room temperature protocol uses T4 DNA polymerase and the Klenow Fragment to fill in or remove overhangs. The included Anza™ 10X Blunting Buffer is pre-formulated with dNTPs for optimal performance.
