Assay Procedure Overview

1. Prepare samples and standards
2. Add sample + sample diluent to wells
3. Incubate 30 minutes at 37°C
4. Wash 5× with diluted wash buffer
5. Add HRP-conjugate reagent and incubate
6. Wash again, then add Chromogen A + B
7. Incubate for 15 minutes in the dark
8. Add Stop Solution
9. Read OD at 450 nm within 15 minutes
