AMPLIRUN® Mycobacterium DNA Control

The amplirun® mycobacterium dna controls provide purified, quantified DNA from clinically relevant Mycobacterium species for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These controls are compatible with PCR, qPCR, and other molecular amplification platforms, offering standardized, reproducible references for assay validation, QC, and mycobacterial research, including tuberculosis, nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM), and ulcerative infections.
