Buffer AW1 is a concentrated wash buffer supplied by Qiagen for use in nucleic acid purification workflows. It is designed to efficiently remove contaminants such as proteins, salts, and other impurities during DNA and RNA isolation while ensuring maximum recovery of high-quality nucleic acids.

This 242 mL concentrate is formulated for convenient dilution and provides sufficient volume for:

• 250 midi preps
• 100 maxi preps
