AMPLIRUN® Legionella pneumophila DNA Control, 100 µl

The amplirun® legionella dna control provides purified, quantified DNA from Legionella pneumophila for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

This DNA control is compatible with PCR, qPCR, and other molecular platforms, enabling laboratories to validate assays, perform quality control, and conduct research into Legionnaires’ disease and other Legionella-related infections.
