Vircell AMPLIRUN® Cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNA Control (MBC016) provides purified, quantified DNA from Cytomegalovirus for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques, including in vitro diagnostic (IVD) applications. Supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format, this control contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined).
