Vircell AMPLIRUN® Chlamydia trachomatis DNA Control (MBC012) provides purified, quantified DNA from Chlamydia trachomatis for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification assays, including in vitro diagnostic (IVD) applications. Supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format, it contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined).
