Protocol Overview:

1. Prepare Samples and Reagents:
   • Dilute samples and reconstitute lyophilized standards.
2. Add Capture Beads:

3. Incubate with Samples:
   • Add 25–50 μL of prepared sample to the beads and incubate.
4. Add Detection Antibodies:
   • Wash the beads and incubate with the Biotinylated Detection Antibody Mix.
5. Add Streptavidin-RPE:
   • Incubate the beads with Streptavidin-PE to complete the sandwich assay.
