The Applied Biosystems™ High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit provides a reliable and efficient system for first-strand cDNA synthesis, supporting a wide range of RNA templates, including low-expression transcripts and GC/AU-rich regions. The kit enables the quantitative conversion of up to 2 μg of total RNA into single-stranded cDNA in a standard 20 µL reaction format, and up to 10 µg of cDNA in a 100 µL scaled-up reaction.

Available with or without RNase Inhibitor, the kit ensures maximum template protection, high yields, and exceptional reproducibility across your reverse transcription workflows.
