    Use Instructions

    1. Prepare anaerobic media such as Brucella Blood Agar or Wilkins-Chalgren Anaerobic Agar with vitamin K and hemin.
    2. Standardize the inoculum to 0.5 McFarland using anaerobic suspensions.
    3. Inoculate the agar surface uniformly using a sterile swab.

    5. Incubate at 35–37 °C for 24–48 hours in an anaerobic chamber or jar.
