    The Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ 96-Well Optical-Bottom Microplate with White Walls and Clear Polymer Base is designed for high-performance luminescence, fluorescence, and cell-based assays. The white polystyrene upper structure enhances signal reflection in luminescence-based detection systems, while the clear optical polymer bottom allows for microscopic imaging and spectrophotometric readings.

    This microplate is tissue-culture treated to support the attachment and proliferation of adherent mammalian cells, making it ideal for live-cell assays, cell-based screening, and imaging applications. The flat-bottom (F-bottom) design ensures consistent optical path length and minimal well-to-well variation.

    With a working volume of 50–200 µL per well and 400 µL well capacity, the plate is compatible with automated liquid handlers, readers, and high-throughput workflows.
