Methodology
- Preparation:
- Add the antibody mix (containing monoclonal antibodies against non-T-cells) to the PBMC sample.
- Binding:
- The antibodies bind specifically to non-T-cells (e.g., B cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, granulocytes, erythrocytes).
- Bead Addition:
- Add Depletion Dynabeads™, which bind to the labeled non-T-cells.
- Magnetic Separation:
- Use a magnet to separate bead-bound non-T-cells from the untouched T-cells.
- Isolation:
- Discard the bead-bound non-T-cells. The remaining untouched T-cells are ready for use.
